country or countryCode #22

@qgroom @timadriaens do you prefer the field country (Belgium) or countryCode (BE) in the Google Spreadsheet. Doesn't matter that much for our list (Belgium only), but a countryCode is more explicit and not prone to spelling variants.

If I have to choose then I suppose country code. It is less politically complex and language neutral.

Updated to country code in spreadsheet. Still need to adapt script.
