I found this value of pathway: contaminant | nursery. See https://api.gbif.org/v1/species/180661031/descriptions. It should be cbd_2014_pathway:contaminant_nusery (see https://github.com/trias-project/vocab/blob/master/vocabulary/pathway/pathways.tsv#L27). @peterdesmet: notice also how this not standard value is mapped to two different pathways in the unified: "nusery" and "contaminant", although only "contaminant" is a pathway level 1. Again, I can add a patch (the 4th in a row!) in the indicators preprocessing, but so many patches are making the workflow prone to errors. It would be great to solve this issue and #38 in the ad hoc checklist quite fast. @timadriaens, @peterdesmet: what do you think about it?
I made a mistake: the key 180661031 points to a species in the herpetofauna checklist, not the ad hoc one. I will move the issue to the correspondent repo. My apologizes.
