This PR updates text and code of indicators and rerun them.
occurrence indicators (workflows 4-11) are updated: data cubes published on zenodo in 2022 are used. Some obsolete rgbif syntax has been removed (return arg of rgbif::name_usage is obsolete, helping solving https://github.com/trias-project/indicators/issues/99 as well)
checklist indicators use the newest trias package which returns plots as one slot of a list.
