This PR runs the modelling workflow (number 07) with the new trias package version (https://github.com/trias-project/trias/commit/cb221d0230cd0ec421a1d939e26b9263bff1dd26), producing pltos even if GAM cannot be used for emerging status assessment. Some plots in main are 2 years old, which is quite odd as I run the workflow 2 months ago: this was due to the older version of the trias package. GAM could be used while running worflows in 2020, but not in 2022. So, no pngs were created for some taxa and so not replaced.
Notice that output tsv files are not changed. And I rerun the ranking workflow (08) and contentwise nothing has changed.
