create zip file with all graphs #127

Graphs generated in https://trias-project.github.io/indicators/07_occurrence_indicators_modelling.html should be zipped. The zip file will be then published on zenodo (see #125)

The code to zip file was not correct. Zip file was not generated. I will tackle this together with #133.
