Improve preprocessing checklist indicators #91

This PR aims to add column native_continent to the input file used for checklist indicators. This work allows the use of this column as input for coming new and interactive trias function indicator_native_range() as developed by @SanderDevisscher (see https://github.com/trias-project/trias/pull/65).
