Occ cube alien begin 2020 #22

This PR produces new version of occurrence cubes.

  1. new data based on new GBIF donwloads:
  2. solve issues #20 and #21

If everything is ok, then @peterdesmet, we can proceed further by releasing this version and updating the related files to Zenodo as new version, isn't?
