Add taxa from PRAs in reference file #26

This PR fixes #25.

@qgroom, @timadriaens, I assigned value comb jellies to field checklist_group for Mnemiopsis leidyi (see references/modelling_species.tsv#L52). Please confirm it or change it. It's the only jelly in the modelling/PRA list of species.

Thanks @qgroom . I will merge it. Nice to have everything correct although it is ancillary information which doesn't affect any phase of the data download/processing.
