Incorrect tag for v1.2.1 #6

Hey, the v1.2.1 release seems to point at tag untagged-ce889a530df9dccf8920, which means that using triat/terraform-security-scan@v1.2.1 results in the following error:

An action could not be found at the URI 'https://api.github.com/repos/triat/terraform-security-scan/tarball/v1.2.1'

Hey @mwz,

Sorry, I tried a new tool to help me with releases and I think it messes up something. I've changed it just now, can I let you try and let me know if everything is alright?
