Make NCurses use Switchable #11

If the USE_CURSES macro has been undefined a link to the libncurses should not be necasary. And code fragments should be removed as well. Best would be to allow the use of ncurses by a command line switch.

Thats not completed yet because it needs the a check for availablilty of the ncurses lib while building and a command (-line) switch to switch the ncurses console on and off.
