Allow users to edit and delete their posts in /post-details page #11

Currently for users to delete or edit their own posts they must go to /my-posts page and select a post, only there the edit and delete buttons are available. This is not intuitive.

Expected behaviour :

Edit and delete buttons should always be available for the post's owner in /post-details page
