Add social media links to home page #43

Currently the links to GitHub, Instagram and Facebook profiles are available in the /about-us page but most users don't go to that page at all so... I think it will be nice to have a fixed footer with all those links to quick access them from home page.

Please keep in mind that users access this site mainly from mobile phones.

@evansusu unfortunately we have already assigned this issue to another contributor. If @Yashesvinee wouldn't be interested anymore we could assign it to you for sure. Thank you very much for your interest, we really appreciate it. If you find any other issues or want to create your own we have no problems with that. Quite the opposite! 😁
