Test out `final-form`

Looks like the author of redux-form has begun developing final-form. Some things to consider would be:

• Do we really need/use the redux devtools inspector for redux-form (or is it too much noise anyway)?
• We could replace devtools with field and form change inspection by using the console with subscribe or getState
• Does it noticeably speed up the form performance?
• Does it have all of the redux-form APIs (or equivalents) we've used on larger projects (like needing keepDirtyOnReinitialize, etc)?
