Video sites (currently) considered too insignificant #5

Because users can not choose which sites to include themselves, small sites are currently not included in the default distribution to decrease the risk of one of these sites doing malicious things.

This ticket is supposed to be a list of those sites that were reported not to work to include them once the configuration thingy (ticket #1) is completed.
