Vertical grid alignment option for RF plots #11

I have a proposed change that I have found very helpful for analyzing the position of arrival multiples in RF plots when there are many plots on one axes. I have added pale dotted vertical lines by turning on grid for the xaxis in RF plots (optional, off by default).

I shall generate a pull request off a branch for the change to be reviewed.
