Constraint of module format not documented #7

There is a constraint on the format of the academic year. Which is the format AY2122S1 where the AY number should be incrementing (21 + 1 = 22) and that the semester should be either 1 or 2 only.

This is not documented in the UG.

Hi, we omit this in our UG as it would be too repetitive as our application prompts the user should for said scenario.
