Adds a Repl Code Lens next to the Run Code Lens over the main function.

Clicking on the code lens does two things:

Starts the Frege Repl with all dependencies using the https://github.com/tricktron/frege-gradle-plugin v.1.5.0-alpha.
Copies the command :l <path to the current file> to the clipboard so that you can quickly load the current file into the Repl.
