Search results ordered differently in III and mobilecat

Mobilecat returns search results in a different order than the III catalog. If 
I recall, this appeared around the r28 milestone.

Most likely coming from a tweak in the URL being requested. A difference of a 
few characters change the results and ordering.

I remember now a comment about including a relevance-ranking instruction in the 
querystring.  Tomorrow I will try removing that and see if it brings the 
results back into the same order as the full opac.
