add scope to "back to search" link in non-js #23

After saving or requesting in non-js mode, "back to search" loses the scope 
that was previously applied.

Resolved in r42. 

When scoping enabled: 'scope' now appears in the link to non-js detail pages 
and is added to the 'Back to search' link.
