In case we make changes to a module, it's relatively cumbersome to test it on a real Starship installation.
It would be much easier for Starship CLI to deploy the module locally, and verify its correctness.
The localhost needs to be Linux machine supporting the eBPF+WASM code.

Linking in the relevant code from agent, and run the module locally.
