Right now, module description is in the README.md file of the module's directory.
Eg., modules/ddos_event/README.md
It lists how to create and deploy the module. Primarily just the shell command samples
for readers to copy.
Also the module.json file does not have the module's description.

We should change Starship CLI to accept the module directory path as input, in addition to having the option
to specify individual components.
module.json file should include the module's description

Binary release format for module, could be:
A custom archive format
Based on WASM as in eunomia-bpf
These options are too complex, and its value is not clear.
