Show better error message when debug information is not enabled for project #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enable detailed map file and disable debug information in project options
2.Run codecoverage on it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should show error message that debug information is missing in map file, 
instead it 
crashes with arithmetic error.

Attached patch fixes it
