Fix missing docs images #207

Images included in the narrative docs are now missing as of last week. Need to track down the problem.

Looks like the problem was the git submodule pointing to the trident-docs-images repo and its various images wasn't being built on the readthedocs side. I don't know what happened, but perhaps readthedocs changed their functionality to not auto-update submodules. I forced that repo to be cloned when the docs are built in this commit.
