Ability to Delete PGP Key #162

Consider adding the ability to remove a PGP key in email settings.

I can't find a way to do this currently without uploading a new key or removing the email altogether.

Request noted, need to think about the implications related to some other upcoming features like, ability to force all messages to you to be PGP, also how this interacts with TG's that require PGP. Deleting a PGP key starts a chain-reaction and we need to think about what the end looks like.
