x64 should be supported #2

This should work with x64 versions of windows as well.

narly can now be built for x64 platforms (r6,r7). Think there's still some 
cases that it doesn't handle correctly though (like SafeSEH on native x64 
binaries - doesn't seem like it exists: 
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/9a89h429(v=vs.80).aspx - or maybe 
that's just talking about the compiler option, not sure yet)
