net-analyzer/autoscan-network EAPI issue

The net-analyzer/autoscan-network-1.50 package inherits gnome2, which no longer 
supports an EAPI less than 4.

In attempting to test a simple EAPI bump, I also observe that SRC_URI is no 
longer available for download and the project's home page is an Apache test 
page.  I haven't the time to seek out an alternative site, but presume the 
project may be dead and may need to be pruned.

I found a new homepage and fixed the ebuild in r6488.

But the tool is old and unsupported. It is not part of pentoo by default, so 
you are on you own here ;-)

No worries, I don't actually use it.  I just get the warnings from egencache.
