Hi,

first of all thank you for your detailed problem report. But I am sorry that I
need to inform you that the support for BinNavi version 3.X.X has been
discontinued with newer product versions BinNavi 4.X.X and BinNavi 5.X.X. If
you want to upgrade to a newer version you can do this by visiting our website
http://www.zynamics.com/software.html.

I hope this helps you a little.
