BTW, my author was '-' when I did these, but that's fixed now :)

great to know that 2560 support is so easy, and the heated bed support is great too. could you re-do these two commits with proper author attribution so we can see it in the repository as yours? :)

As for the ramps config, we're currently discussing a reorganisation of the whole config.h system, so I think it can wait until that's settled down a bit.
