This is not ready for merge before it is tested against Projects using Swift 4.2 and Azure Pipelines is updated

I don't think we should merge this to master before Swift 5 has been released as a final version. But we can run a Swift 5 branch parallel with the master until Swift 5 is released.

Swift got released 5 yesterday with iOS 12.2, Mojave 10.13.4 and Xcode 10.2 😅
