We are getting the response \"resourceType\": \"OperationOutcome\", \"issue\": [ { \"severity\": \"error\", \"code\": \"processing\", \"diagnostics\": \"Access denied by rule: ManagingOrganization is not contained in JWT sor claim\"

when trying to send citizen information to the gateway-test

I don't see anything about ManagingOrganization in the documentation. What are we missing?
