Changes essentially boil down to

updating the playground article to reflect the new layout of OpenAI's website & other minor details like new available context lengths
I added subtle links in the playground article to the previous and next lesson in the hopes that it'll keep people on the website
a little bit of lengthening and adding visual examples
other minor edits to the two articles
