French translation for the "Hot Topics" page #1111

Reused my same prompt template as in https://github.com/trigaten/Learn_Prompting/pull/782 - I manually reviewed the English vs the French side-by-side using VSCode diffing. I also had to manually edit maybe 2-3 words but overall looked correct.

Translate the following English markdown (surrounded by dashes) into French markdown. Do not translate "Prompt Engineering" or "PE" or "prompting", just leave those words in English, but otherwise translate the rest of the sentences. For example, "Prompt Engineering Strategies" should be translated as "Stratégies de Prompt Engineering", "PE strategies" should be translated as "Stratégies de PE".
