French translation for the Basics / "Prompt Engineering" page #1112

I used a modified version of the prompt template I used in https://github.com/trigaten/Learn_Prompting/pull/1111 - just to clarify formatting to ChatGPT, and to make it also avoid translating special syntax for takeaways and caution ":::".

I manually did some phrasing fixes like changing the wordy Quel est le résultat de to Combien font, etc.

Using VSCode diffing made it easier to compare the English md file with the French md file.
