continued the iteration on the prompt i used for https://github.com/trigaten/Learn_Prompting/pull/1119 by using the prompt i used for https://github.com/trigaten/Learn_Prompting/pull/1123
added "```md" in the example
still had to manually fix some things, like italicizing "essaie" just like "trying" is italicized, and making those footnote references go right next to their respective words in the text
