French prompt_hacking intro + json

minor tweaks/corrections to the translation output, as per usual
"le piratage de prompt" --> "le hacking de prompt" in most places for consistency, but also kept both in this file and included the english "prompt hacking" for reference and word searches
continued using the iteration of my prompt by using the prompt i used for https://github.com/trigaten/Learn_Prompting/pull/1124:
