Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Use KDE Wayland Session

Expected behavior Overlay can be repositioned

Problematic behavior Overlay only ever appears on the left side of the screen centered

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Fedora 38 KDE Spin
