Start implementation for kafka broker #181

Kafka broker support is being added.

Instead of including all the code here and to make it easier to collaborate, this PR won't contain all the code. Iterative PRs will be pushed, all of them making the project buildable.

This first PR will include:

the libraries
core event ingest logic
core subscribe logic
