podman support? #352

not a huge docker fan, leverage podman a LOT more. any chance of podman support?

I believe this should go to https://github.com/triggermesh/tmctl Regarding podman support - it is doable, but it is not in our short-term roadmap. I'll leave it open with the lower priority.
