Convert GrowlVersionDetective to update old frameworks #279

The Growl Version Detective does a nice job of finding framework versions in 
applications and indicating which are old. Convert this to show applications as 
green checkboxes or some other good indicator, and then red or bad for old 
frameworks, and then a way to update the framework since it doesn't hit code 
signing and we maintain api compatibility.

This was actually handled by daniel and released in the form of GVD 1.2.
