Access notification settings from history panel #285

What feature or enhancement do you propose?

Double clicking on an entry on the History tab should take you to the 
notification settings.

What problem does it solve/What benefit does it provide?

Some applications have the potential to fill the History tab with an excessive 
number of messages. Being able to double click on an entry and jump directly to 
the notifications settings would make it easier to toggle off the logging for 
that message, instead of having to go to the Applications tab, select the 
application, and find the notification.

I don't think double clicking should do that, but maybe a button somewhere 
would be useful. Moving to 1.4 for review.

Not sure why this wasn't updated/closed.  1.4 introduces a contextual menu in 
the history table for jumping to the app and/or notes settings.
