Typo in Welcome Window Text #289

In the text above the continue button in the Welcome to Growl window, "Click to 
learn whats new" should read "Click to learn what's new". (Missing an 
apostrophe)

There are also twice as many commas as there probably should be and 
inconsistent use of periods... But those are more stylistic complaints than 
actual issues.

Fixed both of those in [5691] along with some others, resolved in #287. Thanks 
for filing though. :)
