Display options appear twice in preference pane

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open preference pane.
2. Go into applications and start previewing themes by selecting them in the 
dropdown.
3. Trigger real growl notices from other applications while doing all this.

What is the expected output?
Not having the names duplicated

What do you see instead?
Duplicated names (see screen shot)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Growl 1.3 (MAS) -- OSX Lion (10.7.1)
