themes config plugins won't sync #170

On step 4 of wizard I select pages, config, themes and plugins but only pages gets saved. I tried adding them manually to the yaml file but it breaks the sync and fails. I tried adding them on the Basic Setting of the plugin admin but that also does not work.

fatal: unable to create thread: Resource temporarily unavailable fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly fatal: write error: Bad file descriptor

I tried again with a fresh install. I was able to add config via the admin and synced successfully but when I then tried to add plugins I got the same error and after deleting plugins on the Basic Admin the sync is still broken.

Hosting is with hostgator.com.

It seems to be a problem with hostgator. I did the same thing on another hosting site and all is working as expected.
