Account folder missing and /admin 404 #1

I downloaded the rocked skeleton. I followed the instructions in the README.md. 1) First a page loaded telling me the accounts folder was missing. 2) When I added the accounts folder, the site loaded, but trying to access /admin yielded a 404.

The issue was, that I had the grav-admin installed. If you replace the /user folder with the skeleton folder, the admin and other plugins are missing. This should be amended in the README.md
