Remove the duplicated VERSION (== APPVERSION)
Remove DISABLE_STANDARD_APP_SYNC_RAPDU since there is no reason to disable it
Remove HAVE_APPLICATION_FLAG_BOLOS_SETTINGS since no BOLOS_SETTINGS feature is used Update Ledger database flags in: https://github.com/LedgerHQ/ledger-app-database/pull/165
