Node12 actions will be deprecated #140

Hi,

Github has deprecated support of node 12 https://github.com/trilom/file-changes-action/blob/a6ca26c14274c33b15e6499323aac178af06ad4b/action.yml#L39

Action will be migrated soon https://github.blog/changelog/2022-09-22-github-actions-all-actions-will-begin-running-on-node16-instead-of-node12/

Maybe time to move.
