Enhance the List component to support adding sub-text

Motivation and context

We need to add some functionality via list options to the modus-navbar-profile-menu component. For that functionality, we need sub-text to be supported in the modus-list element. Currently, sub-text support is not available. We need to add them so we can refer to them when adding a list to the modus-navbar-profile-menu.
