Modus Table - button with text for row actions #2210

Proposal

Would be good to have a text button option for row actions, not only icons. Also, would be nice to have an option for tooltip for action buttons, to clarify meaning of the button. Like this (using old Modus React Bootstrap): image

Motivation and context

Some of the action are really hard to show only with icons, thus we need a button with text. And tooltip is needed to clarify meaning of buttons.

At least giving a string to label in row actions doesn't work. image
