Remove border radius and top border from List Item #2358

Prerequisites

Proposal

Individual list items all have a border radius and full border. When combined in a list item group, the border radius and extra borders remain. They should be styled to how the style guide demonstrates.

Motivation and context

This will be needed to align the current Modus list item web component with how it is expected to look and behave in the Modus Style Guide.
