Issue Summary
When the disabled attribute is set to true, the date picker is still accessible via tabbing, and users are able to change the date.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Set the disabled attribute to true for the date picker.
  2. Navigate to the date picker using the Tab key.
  3. Attempt to change the date.
